If you are using a 3rd party template (not bloggers installed template). Then you need to be good at coding probably knowledge on HTML and XML coding. But if you are using one of blogger's template, then you should make use of your layout section on your dashboard. You need to click the Add Gadget link to add new html/javascript to your blog. Then you can paste your performancing ad code there. hope you get that Aramide. you can also make use of the help section on performancing ad website. They should help you out.
